iPod Touch for calling

I have proven myself that iPod Touch 2 Gen (upgraded to os 3.0) can be used to make calls.


How? I installed Skype on my touch and bought a headset with a single jack. It wasn't easy for me to find a single jack headset with a good price and after going from stores to stores I found one at the Apple store. It's "Radius radHeadphones Talk with Mic for iPhone 3G". The sound quality is satisfactory. Unfortunately I don't remember the price but I did buy it because it was not so expensive.



So,
- Connect to a strong wifi
- Plug in the headset
- Log in to Skype
- Start a phone call

Now I am happy to have a slightly cheaper version of an iPhone :)
